 The driver of the truck crane must undergo professional training and pass the assessment of the relevant departments, and obtain a motor vehicle driver's license and a special operation certificate for lifting machinery operations before driving and operating the truck crane. It is strictly forbidden to drive or operate the truck crane after drinking or when you are physically unfit; it is strictly forbidden for unlicensed personnel to operate the truck crane.

2. The driver of the truck crane should maintain and service the crane in a timely manner according to the manufacturer's regulations, and conduct regular inspections to ensure that the vehicle is always in good condition.

3. The operation must be carried out according to the lifting weight and operating radius specified in the lifting characteristics table, and overload operation is strictly prohibited.

4. The ground where the truck crane is parked should be flat and solid, and a safe distance should be kept from ditches and foundation pits.

5. Before driving, the boom, hook and outrigger must be retracted. Keep a medium speed when driving and avoid emergency braking. When passing through railway crossings and uneven roads, you must slow down. It is strictly forbidden to slide in neutral when going downhill, and someone must be on guard when reversing. When the truck crane is traveling in winter, anti-skid measures should be taken.

6. Before operation, the outriggers of the truck crane should be fully extended. For soft or insufficiently pressure-bearing ground, sleepers must be placed under the outriggers, and the outriggers must be adjusted to make the machine reach the horizontal requirements.

7. The outrigger adjustment operation must be carried out when there is no load, and the extended boom should be retracted. It is strictly forbidden to pull the outrigger control valve during operation.

8. Before the truck crane is lifted, it must be checked whether all parts of the crane are complete and intact and comply with safety regulations. After the truck crane is started, it should be operated without load, and all parts such as operating devices, brakes, hydraulic devices and safety devices should be checked to see whether they are working normally and sensitively. It is strictly forbidden to operate the machine with defects. Before operation, it should be noted whether there are obstacles within the slewing range of the crane and set up a safety warning area.
