1. 18m3 vacuum truck brief introduction 

The 18m3 vacuum truck chassis adopts Yuchai YCS07270-60 engine, wheelbase 4350+1350mm, FAST gearbox, front axle loading capacity 5t, rear axle loading capacity 10T, 11.00 steel wire tyre, truck frame 280mm. with AC, electric glass, air seat, central control, multi-functional steering wheel, MP5 road recorder.

3. Features of the 18m3 vacuum truck 

The vacuum truck adopts 2BE-204 water ring vacuum pump, driven by side mounted PTO or transfer case. It is featured by long distance suction . the air flow of the vacuum truck is 23m3/min,  vertical suction distance is more than 10m, horizental suction distance is more than 50m. 

The vacuum truck body is made by Q235 carbon steel with thickness 6mm, cylinder shape. rear door hydraulic opening. the tank body can be lifted. the effective tank volume is 18.2m3. 

The specialized suction hose is made by PVC, with inner diameter 102mm, length 10m. 

The vacuum truck can matched with water spraying function also. which can be used for watering the greens and remove the dust. 

On the top of the vacuum tank truck, there is DN100 anti-overflow valve, the rear of the vacuum tank is equipped with DN150 discharge valve and DN100 suction valve. 

The vacuum truck has body lifting function, rear door hydraulic opening, visual window, hands washing equipment.
