III. The sewage suction truck has the following advantages:

Before operating the sewage suction truck:

(1) Check the power take-off, drive shaft, gearbox, coupling and other parts before operation.

(2) Whether the connectors and fasteners are loose;

(3) Whether there is oil leakage or oil seepage at the seals and joints;

(4) Whether the operation of each component is light, flexible, stable and normal, and whether there is any abnormal sound such as impact and vibration;

(5) Whether the standard operating temperature is exceeded;

IV. Maintenance of sewage suction trucks

1. Maintenance of vacuum pumps:

Regularly replace vacuum pump oil, clean sewage and impurities in the water-gas separator, and check whether the vacuum pump oil inlet pipe is unobstructed.

2. Maintenance of hydraulic system:

Observe the hydraulic oil tank level every day and replace the hydraulic oil every six months.

3. Maintenance of transmission parts:

Regularly add grease to the transmission shaft and secondary transmission.
