High-pressure cleaning and suction truck are also called pipe dredging truck. They use the strong pressure generated by high-pressure water flow to flush blocked pipes. The main components are tanks, high-pressure pumps, hydraulic systems, etc. High-pressure cleaning and suction truck are mainly used to clean urban sewers, sediments in pipes, and to dredge dead corner mud ditches. They can also be used to clean industrial drainage pipes, walls, etc., and to clean roads and squares.

High-pressure cleaning and suction truck can also be equipped with sprinkler devices, greening sprinkler cannons, front flushing, rear sprinkler, and side spray. They can be used for greening water sprinkling, spraying, dust suppression, high-pressure road washing, etc., and can be used for firefighting in emergencie

The high pressure cleaning and suction truck adopts Dongfeng original Tianjin chassis, engineering yellow cab (color optional), Cummins 210hp national six engine (optional Cummins 230hp engine), Fast 8-speed transmission, wheelbase 4700mm, 1000R20 original steel wire tire, original abs, with direction assist, clutch booster, air brake brake, with heating and cooling air conditioning.

The body configurations of the high pressure cleaning and suction truck:

1. The sewage tank is made of high-quality steel plates from Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation, with a wall thickness of 6 thick, 

and a wave-proof plate is reasonably designed in the middle of the tank

2. The total volume is 15 cubic meters, and the volume of the sewage tank and water tank can be freely allocated according to user 

requirements, with water and sewage intercommunication function, and with a stainless steel filter

3. The water inlet of the water tank is a ball valve type fire hydrant (convenient to switch, durable), with a fire interface, 

and a pagoda-style hand washing valve

4. The high-pressure pump adopts the German Pinfu 215L model, 22 MPa pressure, and a self-made large filter barrel

(stainless steel filter, no need to disassemble and wash, to prevent impurities from entering the pump)

5. The sewage suction pump adopts Shandong Zibo Haosai SK-15 water circulation vacuum pump, which has

high precision and strong suction

6. An anti-overflow valve is installed on the top of the sewage tank, and two stainless steel filters are installed 

at the air inlet of the vacuum pump Filter (to prevent dirt from entering the pump)

7. The vacuum pump is equipped with a drain valve, and the pump seat is designed to be more than 26 cm above the ground

8. The rear high-pressure reel is fixed with a triangular double plug, which is stable and reliable. The reel is enlarged and 

thickened (6mm), with a shower function (after the high-pressure pipe operation, the high-pressure pipe can be flushed when it is recovered)

9. The pipe-laying platform with patterned plates on both sides is equipped with guardrails

10. The operating systems are neatly arranged in the operating box, and there are operating instructions and precautions

11. The high-pressure three-way valve and the four-way suction valve are both equipped with a 100-diameter seismic-resistant 

pressure gauge, which can resist the vibration of the working environment and reduce the pulsation of the medium pressure
