15m3 high pressure cleaning and suction truck

Dongfeng Tianjin 15m3 cleaning and suction truck chassis adopt Dongfeng original Tianjin chassis, engineering yellow cab (optional color), 

Cummins 210 horsepower National VI engine (optional Cummins 230 horsepower engine), Dongfeng 6-speed gearbox, wheelbase 4700mm, 

275 vacuum tire, original ABS, with power steering, clutch booster, air brake, with air conditioning.

The high pressure cleaning and suction truck is a special truck that integrates the functions of cleaning and suction with the addition of a 

suction pump, a suction tank, a suction pipe, etc. on the basis of a high-pressure cleaning truck. It consists of two tanks, two pumps 

(high-pressure cleaning pump, vacuum suction pump), and two sets of pipeline systems.

Upper configuration of the high-pressure cleaning and suction truck:

1. The sewage tank is made of high-quality steel plates from Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation, with a wall thickness of 6 thick, 

and a wave-proof plate is reasonably designed in the middle of the tank

2. The total volume of the high-pressure cleaning and vacuum truck is 15m3, and the volume of the sewage tank and water tank can be 

freely allocated according to user requirements, with water and sewage intercommunication function, and with a stainless steel filter

3. The water tank inlet of the high-pressure cleaning and suction truck is a ball valve type fire hydrant (convenient to switch, durable), 

with a fire interface, and a pagoda-style hand washing valve

4. The high-pressure pump adopts the German Pinfu 215L model, 22 MPa pressure, and a self-made large filter barrel (stainless steel filter, 

no need to disassemble and wash, to prevent impurities from entering the pump)

5. The sewage suction pump adopts Shandong Zibo Haosai SK-15 water circulation vacuum pump, which has high precision and strong 

suction

6. An anti-overflow valve is installed on the top of the sewage tank, and two stainless steel pipes are installed at the air inlet of the 

vacuum pump Filter (to prevent dirt from entering the pump)

7. The vacuum pump is equipped with a drain valve, and the pump seat is designed to be more than 26 cm above the ground

8. The rear high-pressure reel is fixed with a triangular double plug, which is stable and reliable. The reel is enlarged and thickened (6mm), 

with a shower function (after the high-pressure pipe is operated, the high-pressure pipe can be flushed when it is recovered)

9. The pipe-laying platform with patterned plates on both sides is equipped with guardrails

10. The high-pressure cleaning and suction truck operating systems are neatly arranged in the operating box, and there are operating 

instructions and precautions

11. The high-pressure three-way valve and the four-way suction valve are both equipped with seismic-resistant pressure gauge, 

which can resist the vibration of the working environment and reduce the pulsation of the medium pressure

12. A tool box, a 100mm suction port, and a 150mm discharge port are standard configuration of high-pressure cleaning and suction truck.
